Sri Vijay Rampal has a unique style of teaching yoga through, stories, games, dance and activities has made him popular with kids and parents. Yoga through storytelling helps develop synchronization between the right and left brain thus creating a balance between creative and logical thinking. To improve, focus & concentration, He introduces mindfulness through games and activities.
Children learning over a hundred asanas across a period of 8 months, both independently and through structured vinyasa sequences. Classes commence in Mid June of every year and continue till early February of every year.
Where we introduce Yoga through a unique style of yoga with stories, games, music and activities has made us popular with kids and parents. A two-week summer camp with Yoga, Thirumanthiram and activities are also offered each year.
Yoga can help children with challenges as it can strengthen their bodies while calming the mind. We work with special schools and organizations to support special needs, increasing body awareness and fine-tune coordination skills.
