When I first started doing yoga I was bit hesitant as how I was going to learn... the first class broke my inhibition on yoga and the classes thereafter gave me a new perspective on yoga. master's explanation of the asanas are the important part where you actually learn more about the asana which you normally can't get anywhere else.
