Dear students, a big thank you for staying with us together in this difficult time.

It is already 15 months of LIVE classes. We are trying to offer for you great practice and meetings with our amazing Teachers!!. The community we have built up is amazing. Let`s continue our yoga live practice.

From 17 March our regular yoga classes are is working by obligatory donation. Other special meetings with guest teachers will be with or not obligatory donation. Read properly all information of new class events.

Online yoga classes are super simple to work with Zoom App.
We place our screens in a way that we can see and hear each other. we will then guide you verbally while we demonstrate each pose for you to follow along with. At the end of each session you will have the chance to talk with us about your likes and dislikes and ask us any questions that you have

You must wear something comfortable and stretchy that you can move and bend in.
Yoga is preferred to be done bare foot, bare foot is ideal as you will remain in poses more comfortably and safely.

1. Students must have a laptop or computer or Smart Phone or Tablet with functioning camera and microphone (Bigger the screen better is the experience)
2. A good internet connection
3. Good Speaker.
4. Yoga Mat (Optional but Ideal)
5. Props (Optional) Having props is a great way to deepen your practice and is also great for beginners to remain in poses more comfortably. ex: Yoga strap, yoga blocks, bolsters, towel, or pillows

After registration all students receive from us invitation to our Whatsapp group of YogaVanam LIVE.
This group is best place to get fast answer on your questions
about classes and practice.
