Then she decides to break free from rheumatoid arthritis, She is just born to smile. We still don't know why a 13-year-old had rheumatoid arthritis. Yoga is awesome, makes me believe in magic.
The idea we were working on was to avoid bone to bone contact, so asanas which open her hip were first introduced, as the hip was more locked when she arrived at yogavanam. Then slowly we approached most of the joints, as a preventive measure.
So we have to set alignment in every joint to have a maximum range of movements, and the plan was to repeat this process every day. We were waiting for the body to heal, ie fill the space between the joints with the meniscus in case of the knee joint.
Then as we strengthening the muscles so that the ligaments can hold the allignments for a longer period of time, the test results were improving, and in 1 year of practice, no trace of RA was seen.
Grow Stronger Fall in love with taking care of yourself. Fall in love with the path of deep healing.
Fall in love with becoming the best version of yourself but with patience, with compassion, respecting your limits and with a respect to your own journey.

First time we met Vignesh, he needed assistance to walk and move around, because of his lower back disc slip. Then we started working together, nothing fancy, just yoga, just a slow and incremental improvement in alignments were witnessed. Then he started 6 day a week classes, and the level of commitment he brought on to the mat made him srtonger. As he grew stronger the love for keeping up good health was and is being his top agenda every day. - As krishnamachary says "only the suffered can be a great teacher". Now he one among the top teachers we have trained. Proud of you, God bless
